In October 2015, SWAN hosted an evening of engaging presentations, research and community dialogue aimed at addressing the harms of the anti-trafficking rescue industry.

The forum also served as the public launch for SWAN's publication, "Im/migrant Sex Workers, Myths and Misconceptions: Realities of the Anti-Trafficked."

The publication is designed to inform the general public, police, health care providers, media, researchers, and other groups about practical ways they can each individually and collectively contribute to ethical anti-trafficking efforts.

SWAN's services are free and confidential.
